In the vast expanse of the Indian Air Force, there exists a squadron with a rather unique mission - the 9th Squadron, known as the Wolfpack. Unlike typical units, they're designated as aggressors, tasked with studying and emulating the tactics of enemy air forces. Their goal? To sharpen the combat skills of Indian Air Force pilots by simulating real-world aerial threats.

Having been in operation since before India gained independence, the Wolfpack recently marked their impressive 80th year of service. To commemorate this milestone, they sought a special design featuring their aircraft, the SU30 MKI and the Dassault Mirage 2000, along with symbols representing India's adversaries. Opting for a red dragon and a green eagle, they commissioned a design that captured the essence of their mission and the challenges they face.

Upon unveiling the design, the Wolfpack was thoroughly pleased, recognizing the tribute to their dedication and the threats they confront in the skies. It was a fitting celebration of their enduring commitment to protecting the Indian airspace. Jai Hind!
